Issuance of Business Permit

All business owners are required to secure a business permit prior to operation. The Business Permit is a proof that the business is authorized to operate within the municipality.

New Application

  • Barangay Clearance – 1 photocopy
  • Health Certificate/s & Sanitary Permit – 1 Original Copy
  • DTI Registration Certificate (for Single Proprietorship) – 1 photocopy
  • SEC Registration Certificate (for Partnership/Corporation) – 1 photocopy
  • CDA Registration Certificate (for Cooperatives) – 1 photocopy
  • Occupancy Permit – 1 Original/Photo Copy

Renewal Application

  • Barangay Clearance – 1 photocopy
  • Health Certificate/s & Sanitary Permit – 1 Original Copy
  • Book/Record of Sales – 1 Original or Photocopy

Additional Requirements: New Business/Renewal:

  • Contract of Lease (if Lessee) – 1 photocopy
  • Certificate of Non-Delinquency/Tax Clearance (if Business Owner has Real Properties) – 1 Original/Photocopy

Renewal (with Building Construction/Renovation)

  • Zoning Certification/Clearance – 1 Original/Photocopy
  • Occupancy Permit – 1 Original/Photo Copy

Steps

  1. Secure Business Permit Application Form at the Information Desk/Licensing Office
  2. Fill-out Business Permit Application form
  3. Submit duly filled- out Business Permit application form with complete requirements at the Licensing Office
  4. Proceed to the Municipal Treasury Office and submit Business Permit application form for Assessment of Taxes, Fees and Charges
  5. Pay the required fees
  6. Proceed to Licensing Office and submit Official receipt, application form & requirements at the Licensing Office
  7. Sign Logbook and Claim Business Permit and other regulatory permits and clearances

Issuance of Mayor’s Permit for Tricycle Operation

A permit for the Operation of Tricycle-for-hire within the municipality. Renewal of permit is every month of January. It shall be considered delinquent if renewal is made after the month of January.

Requirements

  • Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit – 1 Original/Photocopy
  • Barangay Certification of Driver – 1 Original/Photocopy
  • Certificate of Registration & Official Receipt – 1 Photocopy
  • Professional Driver’s License – 1 Photocopy
  • Community Tax Certificate (CTC) – 1 Original/Photocopy

For Units without LTO issued plates

  • Authorization for Use of Temporary Plate Number – 1 Photocopy

For Operators who are not Registered Owner of Tricycle Unit

  • Proof of Ownership/Notarized Deed of Conveyance – 1 photocopy

Steps

Issuance of Occupation Permit

Newly hired workers and/or employees shall secure their individual Occupation Permit from the moment they are actually accepted by the management of any business or industrial establishment to start working except government employees and professionals who are subject to the Professional Tax imposition pursuant to Section 139 of the Local Government Code.

The individual Mayor’s Permit so secured shall expire during the respective birth month of the permittee next following calendar year. The permit shall be renewed annually thereafter within January or during the respective birth month of the permittee. The permit fee is payable for every separate occupation or calling. Employer shall pay in advance the fees for its employees.
