SERVICES OFFERED:

Issuance of Building Permit

A document issued by the Building Official (BO) to an owner/applicant to proceed with the construction, installation, addition, alteration, renovation, conversion, repair, moving, demolition or other work activity of a specific project/building/structure or portions thereof after the accompanying principal pals, specifications and other pertinent documents with the duly notarized applications are found satisfactory and substantially conforming with the National Building Code of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Requirements

  • Five (5)sets of Building Plans duly signed & sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect; Sanitary Engineer/Master Plumber for Sanitary Plumbing Plans & Electrical Engineer/Master Electrician for Electrical Plans
  • Five (5) sets of Building Specification duly signed & sealed by Engineer/Architect.
  • Five (5) sets of Bill of Materials & Cost Estimates duly signed & sealed by Engineer/Architect
  • Duly accomplished Application Forms for Building Permit, Sanitary/Plumbing Permit, Electrical Permit & Mechanical Permit.
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Zoning Compliance Certificate
  • Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC)
  • Construction Board

Steps

  1. Secure application forms & other requirements.
  2. Submit duly accomplished Application Form (Notarized) & requirements
  3. Proceed to the Municipal Treasury Office & pay the required fees
  4. Return to the Office of the Building Official & wait for the approval & releasing of Building Permit
  5. Claim & Sign in the Record Book as proof of receipt of the Building Permit

Issuance of Occupancy Permit

Upon completion of the project, the owner or the permittee shall apply for an Occupancy Permit at the Office of Building Official prior to occupancy.

Requirements

  • 1 Photocopy of Approved Building Permit, Sanitary/Plumbing Permit, Electrical Permit,
  • Certificate of Completion duly signed & sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect
  • Application for Certificate of Occupancy(Notarized)
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
