Tax declaration is a document showing the informative description of a real property and for taxation purposes only. Issued to any person for any legal intent.
Requirements
- Authorization letter if the requesting party is not the declared owner
- Official receipt (1 original)
Steps
- Sign in the request form–Check the needed document
- Submit to the Assessment Clerk//Municipal Assessor including authorization letter if any.
- Pay the required fees at the Municipal Treasury Office by showing the Order of Payment. (Make sure to secure the Official Receipt that will be issued.)
- Return to the Assessor’s Office for the release of Certified True Copy
- Sign in the logbook and claim the certified true copy of tax declaration
Issuance of Certification (Latest Tax Declaration and Non Improvement)
Certifications issued to clients seeking for the latest tax declaration based on the latest revision and the latest improvement of the land.

Issuance of Certified True Copy of Assessment Records
Assessment records Issued to clients who are seeking/tracking previous records of real properties.

Issuance of Certificate of Total Landholdings
Certification issued to clients as to current number of real properties and or real properties as of the time of death.

- Receive the certification by affixing signature on the receiving copy
Issuance of Certificate of Non-Tenancy
Certification issued to clients certifying the physical aspect of real property if subject property is owned, tenanted, rented or leased.

Deed of Conveyance is documents needed to transfer acquired real properties thru sale, donation, adjudication and waiver of rights.

- Identification Cards of Affiants
- Recent Tax Declaration (Office of the Municipal Assessor)
Steps
- Sign in the request form- Check the needed document
- Submit to the Assessment Clerk//Municipal Assessor
- Pay the required fees at the Municipal Treasury Office by showing the Order of Payment. (Make sure to secure the Official Receipt that will be issued.)
- Return to the Assessor’s Office for the issuance of Deed of Conveyance
- Proceed to any Public Attorney for notarization
Transfer of Ownership / Real Property/ies
Transfer of Ownership from one person to another person

- Certificate Authorizing Registration (Bureau of Internal Revenue)
- Certificate of Registration (Register of Deeds)
- Recent Tax Declaration (Office of the Municipal Assessor)
- Certificate of tax payment or latest tax receipt (Office of the Municipal Assessor)
